  • Basic digital literacy and safety: Microsoft Word and Internet Surfing.

Phase II: Core Skill Mastery

Weeks 3–16

Phase III: Internship & Validation

Weeks 17–20

  • Industry Internship/Venture Launch Prep: Every participant is placed in an internship with a partner organization or begins structured development for their entrepreneurial venture. This phase provides critical practical experience and performance verification.

Phase IV: Impact & Exit
